What is Liloo?
Liloo is a mobile app for practicing difficult conversations with AI characters. You pick a scenario, talk it through, and review how you handled it. It's a training simulator, not therapy.
Is there an age limit?
Some scenarios include conflict, strong language and mature themes. Check the age rating shown in your app store; Liloo is not intended for children below the minimum age in our Terms.
What do you do with my messages?
Messages are processed to generate the character's response and to run safety and moderation checks. Our Privacy Policy explains what is stored, for how long, and how to request deletion.
How do I report an inappropriate AI response?
Long-press the AI message in the chat, pick a category, and submit. The report is sent to moderation and can inform action on unsafe content or abuse.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Profile → 'Delete profile permanently'. The deletion process starts immediately and is completed according to our Privacy Policy, no later than 30 days. See the Delete account page for the full flow.
Is Liloo free?
Liloo offers basic access and optional paid features. The app or store shows the current price, trial terms and limits before you confirm a purchase.
