Delete your Liloo account
You can permanently delete your Liloo account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
Open the Liloo app → tap your profile icon → scroll to the bottom → tap 'Delete profile permanently'. Confirm the action. Your account, conversations, avatars and backend data are removed within a few minutes.
Option 2 — Delete by email
If you can no longer access the app (e.g. you uninstalled it), email privacy@liloosafespace.com from the address associated with your account and we will complete the deletion within 7 business days.

• Firebase Auth account (email, sign-in method) • All your conversations and messages • All your custom avatars and scenario sessions • Any reports you submitted (anonymised snapshot is retained for 2 years for safety audits — see Privacy Policy §7) • Your user record in our Firestore and Postgres databases
