Delete your Liloo account
You can permanently delete your Liloo account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
Open the Liloo app → tap your profile icon → scroll to the bottom → tap 'Delete profile permanently'. Confirm the action. The deletion process starts immediately and is completed no later than 30 days.
Option 2 — Delete by email
If you can no longer access the app (e.g. you uninstalled it), email privacy@liloosafespace.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify the request and complete deletion no later than 30 days.

• Firebase Auth account (email, sign-in method) • Your conversations and messages • Your custom avatars and scenario sessions • Your user records in Firestore and Postgres Some limited records may be retained only where required for legal or safety obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
